Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Options

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available at our location. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation number when picking up.

Pickup Location: 19616 183rd Ave, Reynolds, IL 61279

Pickup Hours: Monday – Friday (7am – 4pm)

Standard Shipping

Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on product size and weight category.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • In-Stock Items: Ship within 1-2 business days of order processing
  • Supplier-Ordered Items: Ships in 2-3 business days or contact us to order
  • Rebuilt Parts: Turnaround time quoted at time of order

Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, it will be clearly marked on the product page as "Out of Stock — Contact Us to Order" Our team will work to source the item and provide you with an estimated availability timeline.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of your order confirmation please contact us.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the contiguous United States
  • Some large or heavy items may have additional shipping restrictions
  • Hazardous materials are subject to additional shipping regulations

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and item immediately
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at marstonag@marstonag.com
  3. Do not discard the original packaging — it may be needed for carrier claims
  4. Our team will work to resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 5 business days.
